About.com caught up with Jason Kart, PT, DPT, physical therapist and owner of Core Physical Therapy - Chicago, to get to the bottom of CrossFit.

In this article, Dr. Kart reveals the advantages of the strength and conditioning program, why mountain bikers would choose to participate in it and what contributes to CrossFit injuries.
