What is an Endo?

An endo is short for "end over end."

Definition:

Short for “end over end,” an endo is when the front end of a bike stays fixed while the rear rotates up into the air, causing a rider to fly over their handlebars. This sudden and forceful ejection from a bike can be caused by hitting a rock, stump, mud hole or other obstacle.

An endo is also synonymous with “front wheelie” in BMX riding.
