Have you heard? The whole month of May is dedicated to biking. That’s right! May is National Bike Month. So, start pedaling!

Sponsored by the League of American Bicyclists—a non-profit organization that promotes bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation—National Bike Month is celebrated around the country. If you’ve been off your bike for a while, now is the perfect time to hop back on and enjoy one of the numerous events going on in each state.

Grab a friend, a family member or a co-worker and participate in a free community biking event together. Check out the highlights below to find an event near you.
