Guide Review - DAKINE 05 White Knuckle Gloves - Cool Weather Biking Gloves from DAKINE
The DAKINE White Knuckle gloves are always comfortable to slip on and provide a comfortable grip on the bars. They have a noninsulated synthetic leather palm and a fleece lined, windproof layer over the top of the hand. It's this combination of noninsulated and windproof/insulated areas that make the DAKINE White Knuckle Gloves just right for cool weather. The top of your hand and fingers don't freeze from the cold and wind on the downhills but your excess heat can escape through the noninsulated areas.
The palms of the DAKINE White Knuckle gloves are minimally padded. I like gloves like this because I don't like to feel separated from my bars, but that is certainly a personal preference. If you are looking for a glove with a lot of extra padding in the palm keep looking.
The DAKINE White Knuckle gloves fill the gap between normal riding gloves and dead of winter gloves perfectly.
