Stretching for CyclistsAJ Zelinski, DC, ART, has treated world-class athletes from all over the country and specializes in triathletes, cyclists and runners. Dr. Zelinski is a mountain biker himself, and says the most common cycling injuries and types of pain he sees in his practice are knee pain, lower back pain and neck pain.

In this article, the treating doctor at the Ironman World Triathlon Championships suggests five stretches to help cyclists avoid these common complaints of pain.
