Personal trainer Allison Westfahl, MS, NASM-PES, USAT, has worked with professional cyclists Tom Danielson, Ryder Hesjedal, Timmy Duggan, Mike Friedman, and Blake Caldwell. She says a cyclist's core is what helps produce power.
