It's awfully cold where I live right now. And I'll be the first to admit that wintery weather turns me into a wuss. I need some serious motivation to pedal outside. Good thing it's acceptable to tone down my cardiovascular training this time of year. While I can't sit around and do nothing, I turn my focus to indoor strength training. You should too.
